  • Does the community allow pets?

    Absolutely! We love pets here at Pointe Grand. There are no breed or weight restrictions, and we even have a leash-free bark park where your furry friends can play to their heart's content.

  • Is this a gated community?

    While we aren't a gated community, your safety and security are important to us. That's why we have a dedicated courtesy officer onsite and modern digital, keyless front door locks for added peace of mind. 

  • Does the property have a courtesy officer?

    Yes, we do! Our courtesy officer is here to assist our residents and ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable in our community.

  • Is there a fitness center, and what are the hours?

    The Pointe Grand fitness center is open 24 hours a day for our residents and includes a variety of strength and cardio equipment, making it easy to work out on your  schedule.  

  • What are the lease terms?

    We typically offer lease terms ranging from 7 to 15 months to accommodate your needs. 

  • Do you have apartments available immediately?

    Apartment home availability changes every month. Please contact our community for real-time availability.  

  • What size apartments are offered?

    All Pointe Grand apartment homes feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 

  • What amenities does the community offer?

    Pointe Grand Apartments offer a range of recreational amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, and a clubhouse with a coffee bar featuring Starbucks beverages. The community also features a fire pit, outdoor grilling pavilion, and a leash-free pet park for social gatherings and relaxation.  

  • Do you have a community pool?

    Yes! The pool at Pointe Grand Apartments is all about fun and relaxation. Featuring private cabanas with mini-fridges, it is perfect for lounging and enjoying sunny weather with friends and family.

  • Do you offer discounts for the military?

    Yes! Service members can take advantage of our Preferred Employer Program discounts. To learn more, please contact our community.
